The Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for the Security industry will be implemented by 1 Sep 2016, and will create a roadmap for raising basic wages, skills and productivity, and set out an approach for reducing the industry’s reliance on excessive overtime hours to meet manpower needs. A total of 25,000 Security personnel are expected to possess the required Security PWM WSQ modules by then. In line with the PWM launch, the Security AOP is made available to experienced Security Officers (SOs) and provides an alternative to the Training and Assessment route for experienced SOs who already possess the relevant skills, experience and knowledge and achieve an SOA without having to undergo classroom training.

Client Testimonial

We take pleasure to extend our appreciation for your security services rendered to us during the past year, especially your regular day and nightguards Mr Thomas Lee Kim Pong and Mr Koh Liam Poh who are both helpful and polite. In particular; we wish to highlight that your guarding services are carried out according to our requirements. A good example that demonstrated the ejfectiveness of the services was Qing Ming Festival earlier this year which we required additional guards to manage the thousands ofpeople coming into the columbarium.
